We have successfully held our first trade Roadshow in Bristol for mobility retailers in the South of England and Wales.
This inaugural event was the beginning of a series of roadshows which are planned across the UK. We understand that pressure on dealers continues to intensify both in terms of time and profitability. Hence TGA believes 'taking product to people', in a condensed and regional format is the way forward. This means dealers can benefit from attending an exhibition that is more focused on their goals, easier to access and offers greater added value.
The TGA Bristol Roadshow witnessed the unveiling of a three-zone approach that demonstrated the uniqueness of the TGA trade service and why our dealers benefit from a competitive edge. A selection of best-selling products, such as the TGA Breeze S4 with canopy, car boot Zest and folding Minimo scooters were demonstrated alongside a servicing/technical workshop and a marketing/PR area. Together, these displays clearly communicated the comprehensive TGA trade service that underpins the quality and reliability of our product range. In addition to mobility scooters, we displayed the multi-award winning WHILL Model C powerchair, Strongback wheelchairs and popular TGA Powerpack range.
Daniel Stone, TGA Managing Director comments: “Dealers attending the Holiday Inn central Bristol gained significant benefits. The main message of the day was our various offerings and meeting the team. We are different to all other mobility product suppliers and take pride in delivering a package of support that is second to none. Our new roadshows focus on this holistic approach which includes excellence in engineering, warranty management, online services and marketing support – levels that are simply not available from any other supplier. We believe in putting the interests of our dealers and their customers first – a truly client-centred approach with genuine personality. This is why we are investing in roadshows not only to make access to our product more convenient, but to offer a more focused outreach programme. I would encourage dealers in the north-west to attend our next event to discover why choosing TGA will strengthen dealer reputations and deliver sustainable success."
Over and above talking sales strategies and building relationships, trade visitors were treated to a variety of extras including a free lunch. In addition, a free prize draw to win a holiday, a wide selection of branded giveaways and free point of sale merchandise, including pull-up banners and USBs were all gratefully received.
Our next TGA Trade Roadshow will be held in Runcorn, 19th February, details coming soon.
